Stephanie began her HR career early in her military service, working in various human resources capacities while serving in the United States Army. Over the course of her successful military career, she developed a strong foundation in leadership, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development. After retiring from the Army, she transitioned into civilian HR, bringing her extensive experience and structured approach to the corporate and healthcare sectors.
Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Employment Law, which enhances her HR expertise by providing a deep understanding of workplace policies, compliance, and risk management. This legal foundation strengthens her ability to navigate complex employment issues and align HR strategies with organizational goals. At Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, she applies this knowledge to support a fast-paced veterinary emergency and specialty care environment, ensuring HR initiatives foster a positive, engaged, and legally sound workplace.
Outside of GCVS, Stephanie is a devoted mother to her three children, who keep her life fun, spontaneous, and full of laughter. Whether it’s cheering them on at their activities, embarking on new adventures together, or simply enjoying a quiet night in, she embraces every moment of motherhood with joy and humor.
