Christina Trujillo earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas Tech University in 2014. With over a decade of experience in the veterinary field, Christina has worked across various small animal clinics, including both single and multi-doctor practices, private and corporate-owned establishments, and in both general practice and specialty medicine. Her hands-on experience in primary care led her to a management role in 2016, where she served as a practice manager for newly acquired hospitals, implementing updated practices and processes to support ownership transitions and foster growth.
In 2018, Christina joined Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists as the Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor. Today, as the Ancillary Services Manager, she oversees several departments, including Diagnostic Imaging, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, Behavior, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). An active member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, Christina is currently pursuing further expertise in practice management through the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager Program.
