Dr. Carolina Garcia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2011. She worked as a veterinary technician for two years and continued her education with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois in 2017. After graduation, Dr. Garcia completed a small animal rotating internship at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital. Her interest in emergency medicine grew exponentially after finishing her internship therefore she joined Gulf Coast veterinary Specialist in 2018. Dr. Garcia enjoys indoor climbing, traveling to new places and spending time with her Chihuahua, Valentino.
