Lindsey Randolph began her career with Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in 2018 as a Surgery Client Patient Coordinator, following a background in the nonprofit and animal shelter sector in Dallas, Texas. With a move to Houston, Lindsey embraced the opportunities in veterinary specialty medicine, quickly expanding her knowledge and deepening her appreciation for the wide range of careers within the field.
In 2018, Lindsey transitioned into the role of Supervisor for the Surgery and Neurology teams at GCVS. Her leadership is driven by a passion for watching her team members grow in confidence and exceed their own expectations. Now, as the Client Experience Manager, Lindsey is dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic environment that encourages professional development and continuous learning for her team.
When she’s not at work, Lindsey enjoys the outdoors with her husband, particularly hiking in beautiful destinations like Colorado. She’s also a cook who loves trying out new food and drink recipes, and she’s always on the lookout for great book recommendations!
